A Few Questions Asked: Answered!

Here are a few questions that we are often asked. If you don't find your question here, feel free to send us an email on our contact form. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed and paid, if customization is needed, we will provide you with a proof copy of your customization WHICH MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE THE ORDER IS PRINTED. Please return the proof copy approved within 48 hours.

After the products are approved for printing, the turn-around "in-print" is between 7-10 days in most cases  and shipping takes between 6-10 days depending on your location.  

Barring unforeseen issues, most orders arrive within 15 business days after order approval.

How do I upload my Logo?

Send us a HI-Res jpeg or PDF or tiff file of your logo along with the church name. You can attach it to the contact form on our site. Be sure to include your name and contact info,

Can I purchase your banners and art in different sizes?

2:SHIPPING

We offer a variety of sizes in our custom art work. if you want something specific for your need, please contact us.  The only issue we have in resizing will depend on the size you request and if it affects how the photo looks: less or more back ground;  closer main image, pixilation etc.

We will NEVER change a photo to a size that will deter from the quality of the image.

Shipping Policy

  • Our products are shipped direct to you from the USA printing facility closest to  your location via UPS.  

  • Banners are folded and shipped in flat boxes.

  • Canvas and Metal art prints are carefully wrapped and packed to ensure safe delivery without damage.

  • Most of our products are shipped within 7-10 from the date of order approval.

  • All orders must be paid when ordered.  Shipping fees are determined at checkout and are based on weight and location.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All of our products are warranted to be of the highest quality  of materials and printing. 

  • We can only guarantee products for defects in printing, color, cutting errors.

  • All customized orders MUSTS be approved by the buyer prior to starting the order.  No order will be replaced or reprinted if they contain errors on your part due to lack of proofing.  Please ensure that all information is correct. Examples: Name, address, phone, web address, spelling, numbers , etc.
